By spontaneously communicating the attached photograph (s), I authorize the JULES BIANCHI # 17 association to use my image,
As a result of which and in accordance with the provisions relating to image rights, I authorize the association JULES BIANCHI # 17 to set, reproduce and communicate to the public, in particular through social networks and digital means of communication (site internet of the association, FACEBOOK accounts, INSTAGRAM, and any other) said photographs communicated to the association as part of the “Jules & Vous” operation, as well as to make commercial use of said photos.
This authorization is given within the framework of the project specified above, on the understanding that the nature and objectives of this project have been explained to me beforehand, and that I have been able to fully inquire about the said project.
I am informed that these photographs could be exploited and used directly and exclusively by the association JULES BIANCHI # 17, and this in any form and all supports known and unknown to date, in the whole world, without limitation of duration, in full or by extracts.
The JULES BIANCHI # 17 association expressly refrains from exploiting the photographs likely to infringe upon privacy or reputation, and from using the photographs in any medium of a pornographic, racist, xenophobic or any other nature. harmful exploitation.
I acknowledge that I have fully fulfilled my rights under the provisions of Article 9 of the Civil Code relating to respect for private life and the Intellectual Property Code, and I will not be able to claim any remuneration for the exploitation of rights referred to herein.
The JULES BIANCHI # 17 association will exercise all of the exploitation rights attached to this operation, which will remain its exclusive property. It expressly refrains from assigning these authorizations to a third party.
I acknowledge having read the above information and give my consent for the use of my image, within the exclusive framework of the project described above
I guarantee that I am not bound by an exclusive contract relating to the use of my image or my name.
For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution hereof, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the French courts.
The association can remove the uploaded photo at any time by simply requesting contact@julesbianchi.fr.
