The Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon celebrates its 10th edition at the Paul Ricard circuit
The event will take place in Le Castellet from September 12 to 14, 2025. For the tenth year running, talented motorsport drivers and several celebrities will take part in this unique race organized by Philippe Bianchi, father of Jules Bianchi, and Franck Lagorce, from Bianchi-Lagorce Event.

It is considered the “longest and most difficult race in the world” in a motorsport category. Behind the Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon lies a vibrant tribute, of course, to the young driver who died at the age of 25 on July 17, 2015, but also an extraordinary challenge with a race lasting 42 hours, 19 minutes, and 50 seconds, equivalent to 2,326 laps. This time is no coincidence, as it is inspired by the premier event of the Olympic Games in ancient Greece: the 42.195-kilometer marathon.

Who will be there?
On the starting line will be karts driven by professional and amateur drivers, unknowns and celebrities alike, all united by the same goal: to push themselves to the limit and take on this exceptional challenge in honor of Jules. So who will succeed the LC8 team led by Charles Leclerc, patron of the Jules Bianchi Association and winner of the 2024 edition? This year’s competitors include David Hallyday and his son Cameron, Louis Ducruet, Stéphane Blancafort, Benjamin Biolay, Claudio Capéo, Catherine Davydzenka, Alexandre Debanne, Anthony Delon, Stéphane De Groodt, Gérard Holtz and his son Antoine, Camille Lacourt, and Arnaud Tsamère.

A charity event
For its tenth edition, the Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon will take place from September 12 to 14 at the legendary Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet, which has been hosting the charity event for the past three years. The starting signal will be given at precisely 7:41 p.m. and 10 seconds on Friday, with the finish line crossing at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Part of the funds raised will be donated to the Jules Bianchi Association for its work with patients suffering from severe brain injuries. A check for €50,000 will be presented to the association to support the L’Archet hospital in Nice. Exclusive items bearing the driver’s image will be on sale at the event, with the proceeds going towards medical research and the purchase of specialized equipment to improve patient care.

The race will be streamed live starting September 12 on YouTube, on the Bianchi Lagorce Events account. All information will also be available on Instagram.
