An extraordinary race for a major cause on the Castellet circuit

Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon 2025 at Le Castellet: 42 hours of racing, celebrities, solidarity, and tribute to Jules for a major cause.

The Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon returns from September 12 to 14, 2025, for its 10th edition, the third to be held at the legendary Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet. For more than 42 hours of non-stop racing, professional drivers, celebrities, and enthusiasts will take turns on the track for an event that is unique in the world.

A sporting tribute and show of solidarity

Created in memory of Jules Bianchi, a young Formula 1 driver who died in 2015, this karting marathon is much more than just a race. Conceived by his father, Philippe Bianchi, and his friend Franck Lagorce, it embodies the values of pushing oneself beyond one’s limits, courage, and mutual aid that were so dear to Jules. The event also has a charitable purpose: this year, €50,000 will be donated to the L’Archet hospital in Nice for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment for brain-injured patients.

A prestigious field and a unique atmosphere

Among the 400 drivers expected to take part, many familiar faces such as Benjamin Biolay, Claudio Capéo, David Hallyday and Camille Lacourt will be rubbing shoulders with knowledgeable amateurs. The teams combine professionals and novices in a friendly and committed atmosphere. The Paul Ricard team, made up of circuit employees, is once again preparing to take up the challenge in a spirit of cohesion and competition.

Free public access all weekend

The public will be able to watch the trials, start, and finish free of charge from Xtrem Park, subject to safety restrictions. The race will start on Friday at 7:41 p.m., with the awards ceremony scheduled for Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
